Devoted to the Rule of Law
In his time as an assistant district attorney Chad Wozniak, has spent three years working side by side with law enforcement as a community prosecutor. He has seen first-hand the struggles law enforcement face as they enforce the law. Law enforcement has likewise observed Chad Wozniak as a prosecutor. They have observed someone who enforces the law as written and always seeks justice. Law Enforcement knows that as a judge, Chad Wozniak will continue to seek justice. Their trust of Chad Wozniak is seen in the fact that almost every law enforcement supervisor in Dodge County has announced their support of Chad Wozniak for judge.
Constitutional Conservative
Chad Wozniak knows that the constitution authorizes judges to interpret the laws as written not to legislate from the bench. As a judge, Chad Wozniak will defend and interpret the constitution to protect individual freedoms.
